  • I have an office in San Francisco and Pacifica for in-person sessions. I am also available on-line if that is more convenient.

  • Yes. I offer in-person sessions at my San Francisco and Pacifica offices

  • My fee is $210 per 50-minute session. I do have two lower-fee spots available for clients who are experiencing a period of financial hardship. Please ask me about these spots if you feel that you are in such a time in your life.

    I take payment in the form of credit/debit card, HSA and FSA, cash and check.

  • No, I don’t. I am are an out-of-network provider . I do provide a superbill at the end of each month which you can use to cIaim the mental health services.

    I recommend prospective clients call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask the insurance representative the following questions:

    ~Does your plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?

    ~What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits?

    ~What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?)

    ~Is there a limit on the number of sessions your plan will cover per year?

  • Therapy is a tool to help you heal as well as develop inner resources with which you can meet your life experiences with confidence. Every therapeutic journey is different! I am here to provide support for as long as you need.

    Additionally, I’ve seen clients for years who decide to take a break and come back when something arises that they find challenging. Therapy offers them a safe place to explore and gain clarity on how to resolve challenges in ways that support the life they want to create. I am always happy to hear from past clients no matter how long it has been.

  • Before scheduling a therapy session, I will talk wtih you on a free 20 minute consultation call. This gives us the chance to get to know each other. Here’s what you can expect:

    ~I’ll ask you about why you are seeking therapy

    ~I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist

    ~You can ask me any questions about therapy that you might have

    ~We’ll discuss my rate, insurance coverage, and availability

  • The full fee will be charged if no notice is given at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

    Two missed, including cancelled appointments are allowed per year, missed appointments in excess will be charged at the full fee.
